Waves does not collect personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or device IDs.

The only data transmitted from the app is gameplay score data:

• Gameplay Scores: High scores earned during gameplay are transmitted to maintain global leaderboards and game records.

2. How We Use the Information

Transmitted score data is used solely for core in-game functionality:

• Displaying public high scores and leaderboards within the game.
• Tracking game records.

3. Third-Party Services and Cloud Storage

We use Google Firebase (a cloud service provided by Google LLC) to store and retrieve public game scores. All score data is transmitted over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

4. Children’s Privacy

Because Waves does not collect any personal information or identifiers, the app does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
