This Privacy Policy applies to the Dial It Up mobile application (the "App"), a native Android application built with Kotlin.

1. Data Collection

The App is designed as a standalone memory training tool. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). There is no account creation required, and no data is sent to external servers.

2. Permissions

The App requires standard Android permissions to function, such as playing audio via the MediaPlayer and SoundPool API. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, or microphone.

3. Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. Your gameplay data (scores) remains local to your device and is not shared with any third parties.

4. Children's Privacy

Because we do not collect any data, the App is fully compliant with privacy regulations regarding children. We do not knowingly or unknowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
